Each Nourish Day is different and unique, just like you.

Our next Nourish Day is to help people living busy lives with  supportive ways to ground  and to help better handle stress, work-life balance with demonstrations and food to nourish body.

A light-hearted day program to focus on a day to just be,  nourish your body and spirit during the cooler months with a natural energy boost.  Empower yourself with techniques to balance your everyday with a  taste of yin yoga,  better understanding of stress, breathe work and meditation techniques to help with work and life in our busy Western lives.

Feel-good with  raw demonstrations, nourishing food and group sessions to help re-energise. It is a friendly, supportive day to help in our busy western living and to be open to alternative, natural ways that you can use to improve awareness of your own thinking and feeling. 

Who would benefit?

This is  ideal for corporates, busy mums and those that are time poor to maintain balanced health and well being. 

It will be an inspiring full day program planned with dedicated facilitators and educators who all share their passions to help support you and share their knowledge.
